Our mission is simple: to serve something different — food that’s not just delicious, but energising, fun, and made to make people smile.

Based in Leeds, we travel nationwide with our eye-catching 4m trailer setup, designed to fit seamlessly into both outdoor and private event spaces.

About Us

At STACKED, we’ve served thousands of guests at events for Sage, Accenture, First Direct, Arla Foods, and PureGym, as well as countless private celebrations and festivals.
Our signature offering — fluffy American-style pancake stacks — can be made standard, high-protein, gluten-free or vegan, ensuring everyone is catered for.

Each portion is cooked fresh to order and topped with your choice of handcrafted combinations such as:

The Classic – Nutella, strawberries, cream & crushed nuts
Takes the Biscuit – Biscoff spread, banana, cream & crushed biscuit
Winning Streak – Streaky bacon, maple syrup & blueberries
Crunch Time – Greek yogurt, berries, honey & granola

We also serve a full coffee and drinks bar, featuring barista coffees, protein shakes, iced coffees, and refreshing electrolyte drinks.
All items are beautifully presented in eco-friendly packaging — ideal for both professional and relaxed settings.

Quality & Experience

We hold a 5-star hygiene rating and are fully insured, with all staff trained in food hygiene and allergen management.
Our setup is fully self-sufficient, running silently off batteries or LPG - meaning we can serve anywhere, from corporate courtyards to festival fields.
Our team takes pride in creating an experience that’s smooth, professional, and memorable from start to finish.

Packages & Pricing

We offer simple, all-inclusive packages designed to suit any event: from early-morning office breakfasts to full-day celebrations.
All packages include setup, staffing, and cleanup, with the option to tailor the menu to your preferences.

Bronze: Pancakes only – choose 2–3 of our signature stacks From £7 per person

Silver: Pancakes + drinks — juices, electrolyte lemonade & soft drinks From £9 per person

Gold: Pancakes + premium drinks — luxury hot chocolates, specialty iced coffees & protein milkshakes From £10 per person

Festive: Fully festive setup with premium hot chocolates, seasonal pancake specials & optional mulled-wine service POA

A full barista coffee setup is available upon agreement.
